Student testimonials:
“[Mr Senogles] was just great, I really liked his manner of explaining difficult things in a comprehensible manner. Very nice person!”
“The damages workshop was exactly what a disputes lawyer needs. As a practicing lawyer with experience in working with experts on economic evaluation, I find the topics raised in class of great significance. The level of the discussion was totally engaging and not intimidating at all.”
“The lecturer was very clear, friendly and caring about students understanding a difficult topic.”
“[Mr Senogles] was brilliant and approachable.”
“Kind and engaging to students.”
Training
We are asked by law firms and technical consulting firms to deliver training workshops. Topics include:
Financial damages and valuation approaches
Making effective use of expert witnesses
The role of an expert witness (in any discipline, not only finance)
Insights and perspectives on cross-examination from a witness with extensive personal experience (around 70) hearings / court appearances
These onsite or online workshops typically develop into active group discussions; deliberately facilitated as a safe and open environment. Senior and junior colleagues can all develop their knowledge and safely explore subjects that their caseloads require them to grapple with day to day, but in which they have had little or no professional formation.
We have also delivered seminars in the Swiss Arbitration Academy and Africa International Legal Awareness. We have led anti-fraud training and finance workshops for NGO clients and we have provided informal training to insurers.
