Training

We are regularly asked by law firms and technical consulting firms to present workshops and seminars.  Topics covered often include:

  • Financial damages and valuation approaches

  • The role of the expert witness

  • Insights and perspectives on cross-examination from a witness with experience of around 70 hearing room/court appearances

These onsite workshops typically become engaging group discussions, deliberately facilitated as a safe and open environment. Senior and junior colleagues can all develop their knowledge and safely explore subjects that their caseloads require them to deal with day to day, but in which they have had no professional formation.

We have also delivered seminars at the Swiss Arbitration Academy and Africa International Legal Awareness.  We have led anti-fraud training and finance workshops for NGO clients and we have provided informal training to insurers.
